1 Piece Milled Dentures

We do dentures differently!

A 1-piece milled denture is milled from a single disc of dental acrylic instead of being assembled from separate parts. The teeth and the base are one solid piece, so there are no bonded teeth that can loosen or pop off. The acrylic is cured under heat and pressure before it is ever milled, which makes it denser and stronger than a denture processed the traditional way. It resists stains and odors, and it holds its shape, so the fit you leave with is the fit you keep.

We design your denture digitally, which means fewer appointments and less time in the chair. Because the design is milled to precise measurements, your denture seats securely and feels comfortable from the start. Your design is also saved as a file, so if your denture is ever lost or damaged, we can mill a new one without starting over.
